Refund policy

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any product once it is sold. Once a NIDA piece is sold, it can be exchanged for a different size ( provided below-mentioned terms and conditions are met) 

We do not offer pick-up service in case of exchange. The customers are requested to ship the product to our address for an exchange. 

If the product is available for size exchange, customers must email us at @hello.nida15@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. 

Please ensure you get an acknowledgment receipt from the courier or any service you are using to send the product back. NIDA shall not be responsible for any lost shipments. 

We allow only one size exchange per order. Once an item has been changed for a different size, it cannot be exchanged again. 

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any item not received by NIDA  will be treated as not returned.

Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for any exchanges. 

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Have all labels and tags intact
Returned in its original packaging
Please mention your name, address, email, order ID, and required size on the return parcel.


Size Exchange Availability:
If the required size is available, we will exchange the product. If the size is not available, a store credit will be issued, excluding shipping charges. Store credits will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
The cost of shipping (both return and re-shipping) is to be borne by the customer.

Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at hello.nida15@gmail.com. Orders cannot be canceled directly on the website.
For prepaid orders, a store credit will be provided in case of cancellation.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, you will need to follow the exchange policy.

NIDA reserves the right to accept or deny order cancellations at its discretion.

How Will I Receive My Store Credit If the Desired Size Is Not Available?
If an exchange is not possible due to the unavailability of the required size, a store credit will be issued via email. The credit must be used in one go on the Mebasa website.


Why Was My Exchange Request Denied?
We strive to ensure every transaction on our website is smooth and hassle-free. However, an exchange may not be accepted in the following cases:
The material or color is not as expected – We encourage customers to read product descriptions and view all images before purchasing.
Color differences due to screen resolution or lighting – A 10-12% color variation may occur; exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.
The product has been worn, washed, or used.
The product was purchased on sale or with a discount coupon – These are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
